David High

David High is either a current, or recent Director, Staff member or Volunteer on the railways or associated support groups. This entry only appears as a matter of record.

David (Dave) High. Former member of the Permanent Way Department staff, volunteer driver, former FR Heritage Group Working Party organiser, one of the four Vintage Weekend organisers whose efforts culminated in the 2005 event. Recently, in charge of the CTRL part of the WHR reconstruction project.
