In addition to the Festiniog Railway company, which runs the line with professional railwaymen, there is, quite separately, the Festiniog Railway Society to which any one can belong and which brings the benefits of reduced fares and the privilege of working for the advancement and maintenance of this unique line, the first narrow gauge railway to carry passengers - over a hundred years ago. Details can be had from P. J. G. Ransom c/o Barclays Bank Limited, 276-280 Kensington High Street, London, W.8.

A rare print of Dduallt station at the turn of the century and a reminder that one day, Festiniog trains will again steam through this lonely halt. May it be soon.
