Noted from a board meeting of August 1890, salary to increase, backdated to 1/90 to £450 then increase by £25 each year for 2 years to £500 by 1/92.[1]

FR Company Manager - 1st October 1889 to December 1908

FR Company Secretary - 1887 to 1907

FR Company Engineer whilst Manager

Early on in life, was assistant to Charles Easton Spooner when Spooner was Loco Superintendent

By the time of the board meeting on 26th November 1907, he had submitted his resignation, and was replaced on 1st January 1908 by Fredrick Vaughan (as Managing Director)

He died in Nevin, on 26th January 1915
