To use:-

1. Copy (Ctrl-C) the text inside the dotted box;
2. Open the Image to which the template is to be applied, and select the edit tab;
3. Paste (Ctrl-V) the text in place of all the existing text;
4. Add the information after the "=" sign as described below, and add other categories as appropriate.
