William Roderick Williams
Born 4th April 1897. Joined the FR as boy smith on 29th January 1913. Lived at Penmount Minffordd. Left FR on 21st August 1917 for the Royal Welsh Fusiliers No. 69877. Later Machine Gun Corps No. 175020. In January 1919 declined offer of an FR job to help his mother run Minffordd Post Office.[1]
