Bill Winter

Bill Winter was one of the thirteen people who attended the Bristol Meeting on 8 September 1951. He was active in the formative years of the then Festiniog Railway Society and was a founder director when the Society was registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee in 1954. Having seen the project launched he withdrew in 1956. His death was recorded in the Spring 1958 issue of the Society Magazine.[1]
