Solictors, originally founded by Edward Breese, of Porthmadog.

At one time one of the partners was Randal Casson, part of the Casson quarrying family and it was he who bought Bron-y-Garth from the Spooners after the death of Charles Easton

Had much dealings with Madocks and the old FR Company

A reference has been found in 1845 to Williams and Breese, possibly an intermediate company name, and its involvment with "regeneration" in the Porthmadog area.[1]

The company is still in business as Breese Gwyndaf, Solicitors, Lawyers And Barristers in Porthmadog area (2007)
