Graham Isherwood Map

There is a book in circulation entitled Slate - From Blaenau Ffestiniog from AB Publishing and dated 1988 In it there a number of maps of the area showing the railway and the local slate mines. With the permission of the author, Graham Isherwood, who has provided the originals, these are reproduced here in a reduced size to fit a standard 800 pixel size screen (Map 4 originally was 6890 x 4910 - a bit large)

He currently has a new book in preparation covering the Oakeley quarries. It is hoped this will be published in 2008
