Tim Oulton

Tim Oulton started working as a volunteer on the permanent way in 1955, but his expertiese in telecommunications saw him transfer to Signals and Telegraphs three years later. He was a FR Society director from 1981 to 1987. His "portrait" appeared in FR Magazine 95, on page 33.
