Although the indication is that he was an FR employee, investigation has revealed he was in the employ of Evan Davies & Co., the London office of Evan R. Davies, solicitor, and FR Board member.
Appointed Secretary, replacing A. G. Crick in June 1922. He already held the post for the WHR, and subsequently with the SMR.
