WHR Museum

There has been hope of buiding a new museum since the FR museum in what is now Spooners, closed a number of years ago. With the forthcoming opening of the enlarged railway, and a mass of additional material from The Welsh Highland, and other railways in the area, a purpose built museum is now under construction.
The new museum at Gelert's Farm Works opened its doors in 2009 ......................(section from Museum people to write)
