This home-built petrol-engined inspection car was built by Adam Barber, Simon Newton and others. It has seen a number of reincarnations and is normally based at the Cambrian Railways Society's Weston Wharf near Oswestry in Shropshire.
Ratty visited the Quirks and Curiosities event on the FR from 30 April to 3 May 2010.
