DescriptionThe Welsh Highland Railway at Porthmadog - geograph.org.uk - 829801.jpg
English: The Welsh Highland Railway at Porthmadog The Welsh Highland Railway was once a very long line that ran all the way from Caernarfon to Porthmadog where it had a station on the opposite side of the town to that of the Festiniog Railway. Restoration started from both ends and by 2001, at the Porthmadog end, just a small section had been re-opened.
