Arthur Williams

From Festipedia, hosted by the FR Heritage Group

Arthur Williams, Apprentice Fitter.

As Arthur is an unusual name in Portmadoc we can be fairly certain that the 12 year old boy living at Factory Place, Tremadoc in 1911 is the correct one. No further detail is available.
