On this day, the Gorseddau Junction and Portmadoc Railways Company received assent for 39/40 Vic. Cap. 137 of 13 Jul 1876, a further act covering increase of capital, etc.[1]
Also on this day, the North Wales Narrow Gauge Railways Company by the act of 39/40 Vic. Cap. 125 obtain power to abandon its General Undertaking, etc.[2]
