On this day, the North Wales Narrow Gauge Railways Company made an Agreement with the Portmadoc, Beddgelert and South Snowdon Railway. The powers previously obtained on 3rd November 1900 would pass to the PBSSR. This was ratified by a further LRO of 26th October 1906[1]
