Evan Jones 1856

Evan Jones was born in Ffestiniog in 1856. He is recorded first as being a FR clerk in June 1880 but appears to have later been Station Master at Dinas. The FR Co. Board minutes of August 1892 show that the Station Master of Dinas was to be dismissed for not carrying out his duties in a satisfactory manner. This assumed to be Evan Jones although he is not named
