Festipedia:Conventions

From Festipedia, hosted by the FR Heritage Group

A wiki is an open source of information. However, to make effective use of this kind of resource, some conventions need to be observed, just as in any other reference material.

It is requested that people who update existing pages or create any new material log in as a registered user.

Links can be inserted by the original writer of a page, or at any point later, to other information already in the system. An example of this is in the carriage area where originally blocks of carriages were entered together. The original pages exist covering the batch in general, but now links also point to pages for individual carriages where each history can be read. The Barns section of 100-106 now also includes 102 and 107.

Links at the foot of the page are there to take the user to other information that may be relevant.
