Suppress all revisions to be viewable ONLY by administrators.

Note: As this suppresses every revision with the most restrictive settings, please be certain that every revision must be suppressed from the deleted history, the user contributions, and that the edit summaries are all unacceptable. You should also check the edit summary in the page creation log.
