Richard Prichard

From Festipedia, hosted by the FR Heritage Group

The family name is often spelt Pritchard.

Richard Prichard (b.1842) was the eldest son of Thomas Prichard (James Spooner's assistant). In 1871 he was employed as a Railway Foreman (probably with the FR). In 1881 he was described as an "Unemployed contractor" all the time living at the family home of Brithwernydd (between Minffordd & Penrhyndeudraeth). After that he cannot be traced until 1911 when he was living back at the family home aged 69 and describing himself as an Architect and Surveyor.
