Usage {{Fast delete|reason|rationale=rationale|self=self|note=note|notes=notes|image=image}}
The reason can also be specified as "reason=reason".
Apart from reason, all parameters are optional. The self parameter should be set to yes if the person proposing deletion is the only contributor to edit the page. The note parameter will be ignored unless self is set to yes. If included, the image parameter should be the name of an image to be displayed at the foot of the message box.
