Thomas Owen (b.1806)

Thomas Owen was born in 1806 in Llanystymdwy. He was working for the FR in August 1834 constructing the line. He may well have been employed by the contractor before that. After the line opened in 1836 he continued to be employed but now in the PW.

He ceased to be employed by the FR some time after January 1858 and before January 1860.
