Located at Bwlch Cwmllan, and linked to Rhyd Ddu by a well engineered roadway for carts or pack horses, the lower part of which forms part of the Rhyd Ddu Path up Snowdon. The quarry had an internal rail system for at least the transport of rubbish to the tips; the body of a rubbish wagon has been noted on site. Picture, November 1991 (Ben Fisher)
