Bryn Mawr ("Big Hill" in Welsh) is a vague name for the section of largely straight track between Cutting Gwlyb and Tro Keepers, which used to be notable for its rhododendrons.

Below Bryn Mawr is the house of the same name, home of the astrologer Russell Grant.
