Day Log/1876-03-20
On this day, whilst on an empty wagon run to Duffws, a shunting engine ran over a sheep and some of the wagons derailed, one being damaged. Since the incident occurred on a blind curve, the driver could not see, or take preventative action until too late to pull up. No injuries recorded. [1]
