Annual General Meeting 2006

At the 51st Annual General Meeting of the Society held on 29th April 2006 at Ysgol Eifionydd, Porthmadog, the following were elected to serve as Directors of the Society: Graham Bond, Rod Buchanan, Richard Buxton, Dave Charlton, Alan Pye, Howard Wilson and Richard Wilson.

The result of the ballot on the Special Resolution to amend the Memorandum of Association of the Society was as follows:

In Favour - 16 Against - 172

Therefore the Special Resolution was not passed. There were four recorded abstentions.

The Society is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Heywood as a Vice-President and Michele Broadbent as an Honorary Life Member.

Following the Post-AGM Board Meeting held on 30th April 2006 the roles and responsibilities of the Society Board are:
