Not to be confused with John Fraser, a FR Station Master.
Partner in the Fairlie Engine and Steam Carriage Co together with Robert Francis Fairlie and George England jnr. He was born in Scotland in 1823 and was a Mechanical Engineer. In 1881 he was living in Lambeth, London, then in Surrey.
