It is usual to quote the regnal year and chapter number for Acts. In this case Anno Secundo Gulielmi IV Regis Cap. xlviii. My copy has at the end:

LONDON: Printed by George Eyre and Andrew Spottiswoode, Printers to the King's most Excellent Majesty. 1832.

You may wish to increase the size of the print in the heading - GULIELMO IV REGIS is 8mm high; ANNO SECUNDO is 3mm high; Cap.xlviii (in italics) is the same size as the heading.
