Too much information

This page is now the third longest on Festipedia (after two which transcribe acts of parliament) and the subject is of only minor interest from a Ffestiniog view point. I'm struggling to see the relevance of the vast majority of the article to the FR, so I've removed excessive background info and left only a basic background of his life in place, along with his links to the FR. RedDragon (Send me a telegram) 09:05, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
