The comment about observation windows in the top end sounds like it belongs to Van 4 not this one, which doesn't have observation windows in the end at all, being the former buffet car. But if it had Obs windows, they would be at the top end... --George Cash (talk) 11:06, 17 July 2020 (UTC)
