Template:Db-hoax

This template may meet Festipedia's criteria for speedy deletion as a blatant hoax. This only applies to cases where the deception is so obvious as to constitute pure vandalism. Additionally, the mere fact that the page's subject is about a hoax does not, on its own, qualify for speedy deletion.

This template is used to tag pages for speedy deletion under the speedy deletion criteria.

This template places the page into the categories Candidates for speedy deletion and Candidates for speedy deletion as hoaxes.

Usage[edit]

The template should be placed at the top of the page to be deleted.

Parameters[edit]

This is the most basic form of the template.

{{db-hoax|bot=ExampleBot}}

Bot accounts will specify the |bot= parameter to notify the reviewing admin that the page was tagged by an automated process.
