This is one of three large 24-tonne, 350 hp 0-6-0DH locomotives on the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway. It was built in 1980 by the 23rd August Works in Bucharest, Romania, for Polish State Forests, with the builder's number 24051. It was later disposed of to PKP (Polish State Railways) and used on the Jarocin Railway. It returned to its maker's works in 1987 for an overhaul and replacement engine.
Arriving on the Welsh Highland Railway Limited on 21 September 1993, it entered service in October 1995.
