Day Log/1883-02-15

From Festipedia, hosted by the FR Heritage Group

On this day, the FR Co. board received a letter from Hugh Beaver Roberts, requesting that it should enter into a working agreement with the Portmadoc, Croesor & Beddgelert Railway

Some of the conditions, notable the percentage distribution of gross receipts, given the costs of the FR in working the line.

After a later personal meeting with Roberts, the board accepted 50% of gross reciepts with a £3,000 per annum minimum.[1]
