1921 - 2009

Elizabeth was Allan Garraway's secretary for a number of years until May 1970, occupying the office adjacent to the platform at the bottom of the stairs at Harbour Station. She had trained as a secretary and worked for The Bank of England before, with her family, she moved to North Wales. She was married to Harold Creamer, who carried out building work for the railway back in the 1960s & '70s and who was responsible for the re-introduction of the FR Railway Letter Service in 1969 - which they ran until 1998. After Howard retired from the FR she ran an antique shop in Penrhyndeudraeth. [1]

Elizabeth's funeral was held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Wednesday 17 June 2009.
