The original of these photos can be found at Geoff's Fotopic site here Merddin Emrys takes to the woods above the huge Cei Mawr embankment and really gets into its stride with the 14:15 train from Porthmadog to Tan-y-Bwlch. The engine is carrying a temporary paper headboard on the smokebox, "Zoey Goldstraw", apparently fireman Peter Wood's girlfriend, and applied by two loco department volunteers with Driver Evan M. Davies's permission!
