Henry Roughton Hogg was appointed a Director of the North Wales Power and Traction Co. Ltd on 8 August 1903 as representitive of the Electric Conversion Syndicate Ltd. He was also appointed to the PBSSR. The Electric Conversion Syndicate Ltd went into liquidation in 1911.
