Born 1875 in Penrhyn, younger brother to Morris Davies. He is first found as an employee in April 1889. He was a stoker by 1893 and a driver by March 1896. Lived in Gwilym Terrace, Penrhyn. He was named as a driver in 2 BoT accident reports but not blamed.

He was the driver of Princess when it was involved in an accident at Penrhyn on 28th August 1896 (see Accident Record) At the time he was aged 22 and had been employed by the company for approximately 7 years. He continued driving until 1928 and died in March 1929.
