A strange-looking 0-4-0TG that was photographed on the Welsh Slate Quarry Co wharf at Porthmadog and in 1873 was apparently working at Oakeley Slate Quarries where it may have been renamed Algernon, having been delivered over the FR. It seems likely that it was built by JH Wilson of Sandhills, Liverpool.
