Carriage 2060[edit]

Although not shown in the projected WHR carriage formations, I assume that Carriage 2060 should be in there somewhere? Benkelly (talk) 14:15, 6 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Valid point Ben. When I created this page, the base information for 2009 onwards came a pdf file issued by the company showing how it was intended that construction work would progress over a period, resulting in the E & F set you still see (originally 2010 was to be 2091 - the only change). When this was issued 2060 didnt exist. My copy is dated March 2006, but it was created at least before 102 entered service (August 2005). No one has altered it as presumably no-one knows how it will be deployed in the eventual scheme of things.

You may see it in service this year, following its transfer over the freshly laid CTRL!!!! --Keith (talk) 2008-8-6T14:57:58 (UTC)

Now that you mention it I remember looking at at that carriage formation PDF myself and thinking it was out of date, thanks for clearing this up. Benkelly (talk) 13:23, 7 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

2060 was in the Dinas North Yard headshunt during the w/c 5 July 2021. --Stewart (talk) 20:30, 13 July 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Carriage 2048[edit]

What is its current position in E-set?

On 5 & 6 July is was either second or third from the Porthmadog end (with 2043), however that is because 2090 was fourth from the Porthmadog end. I think the intention was to move 2090 to the next to the Porthmadog end Obs (as it was in May 2021) on 9 July. --Stewart (talk) 20:29, 13 July 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
