Sir Richard William Mostyn Lewis Williams-Bulkeley, the 11th Baronet (1833-1884), was elected by the NWNGR directors to succeed his father on the Board following his death in August 1875.^[1]

A letter resigning his seat in consequence of ill health was read at the half-year meeting in December 1876.^[2]
