Bertram Clough Williams-Ellis was an architect who gave assistance to the old company and the revived company, among other things on landscaping Dduallt and the new-old entry into Blaenau Ffestiniog.

He was a grandson of John Whitehead Greaves.

He is best known for his Italianate village at Portmeirion.
