This entry, based on Boyd, appears to have originated from the listing of Directors in Bradshaw's Guide for 1876 which includes:- Charles Dawson Celyn Esq., Northop, Flint.

However it is clear that the Bradshaw entry was a misprint for Charles Davison of Celyn.
