Should Boyd's 'Festiniog Railway' be entered in the bibliography for the WHR?

Personally, (I wasnt around at the time), I think that as:-

a) During the existance of the WHR (Mk 1), it, and the FR were under common ownership
b) the FR "leased" the WHR for a period

then there is a valid reason for the inclusion of Boyd's tome. Admittedly there is little material in the FR volumes, that isnt covered, and expanded upon, in the WHR volume, although it gives the "opposite side of coin" view
