Dont know who was responsible for that, but I think it might be from a bad read. Article starts with comment the "Second" loco, whilst the ME starts "third" loco, and that may have been cause. (LT was second Blodge build, but fourth DFairlie for FR, and therefore you are right).

The first paragraph is in rather desperate need of splitting up. It's pretty unreadable.
